App: Bulk Page Restrictions for Confluence Publisher: Atesen Software (independent developer, Türkiye) Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the app. Purchase, billing, refunds and taxes are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use; where those terms conflict with these, the Atlassian terms apply to the purchase relationship.

1. Licence

Atesen Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Atlassian Cloud sites covered by your active Marketplace subscription or evaluation, for as long as that subscription or evaluation is active.

2. What you must not do

Do not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or rebrand the app, and do not use it to process data you are not authorised to process.

3. Your responsibility for changes

The app changes who can view and edit pages on your site. It shows a preview first, asks for confirmation, and offers an undo. You are responsible for reviewing the preview before you apply a change, including warnings that pages will become restricted or open. Start with a small page tree. The publisher is not responsible for the consequences of a change you applied, including content becoming visible to, or hidden from, people on your site.

4. Support

Support is provided by email at sametatesen2@gmail.com, with a target first response of two business days (Monday–Friday, Istanbul time). See the support page for scope and severity levels.

5. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Atesen Software disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Atlassian’s APIs will remain unchanged.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Atesen Software’s total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data.

7. Term and termination

These terms apply while your subscription or evaluation is active. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Sections 5, 6 and 8 survive termination.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Sakarya, Türkiye have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
