App: Atesen Customer Import for Jira Service Management (formerly Customer & Organization Import) Publisher: Atesen Software (independent developer, Türkiye) Contact: support@atesensoftware.com Last updated: 26 September 2026
The app runs inside your Atlassian Cloud site on the Atlassian Forge platform. When a Jira administrator runs an import, the app processes:
The app does not read your issues, comments, attachments or customer conversations.
All processing and storage happen on Atlassian's Forge platform, inside Atlassian's cloud infrastructure. The app has no servers of its own and sends no data to Atesen Software or to any third party. There are no analytics services, no advertising networks and no sub-processors.
Import rows and results are stored so you can watch progress, resume a paused job and download the result file. They are deleted automatically 30 days after the job was created. You can delete a job and its data earlier from the Job history screen. Uninstalling the app removes the app's storage according to Atlassian's Forge data retention policies.
The app writes application logs for troubleshooting. These logs contain job IDs, counts, HTTP status codes and error codes. They never contain email addresses, names or organization names. Forge logs are stored by Atlassian and are visible to the publisher only through Atlassian's developer tooling, with Atlassian's own retention limits.
For the customer data processed by this app, your organization is the controller. Atesen Software acts as a processor to the limited extent the app runs on your site. Atlassian is the infrastructure provider; see Atlassian's own privacy policy for how they process data in your cloud site.
To ask about data handled by this app, or to request deletion of app data on your site, write to support@atesensoftware.com. Data deletion for your own Jira Service Management customers is done in Atlassian Administration, not in this app.
The app requests the minimum Atlassian scopes it needs to create customers and organizations and to add them to organizations and service spaces. It makes no outbound network calls. Access to the app's admin screen is limited to users with Jira administrator permissions.
Material changes to this policy are announced in the app's release notes on the Atlassian Marketplace listing.
