These terms apply to your use of the app. Purchase, billing, refunds and taxes are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use; where those terms conflict with these, the Atlassian terms apply to the purchase relationship.
Atesen Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Atlassian Cloud sites covered by your active Marketplace subscription or evaluation, for as long as that subscription or evaluation is active.
Do not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or rebrand the app, and do not use it to process data you are not authorised to process.
The migration tool changes pages on your site. It shows a preview first, records every change as a normal page version and offers an undo. You are responsible for reviewing the preview before you start a migration. Start with a small set of pages. The publisher is not responsible for the consequences of a migration you started, including page-watch notifications sent by Confluence when pages are updated.
Definitions loaded from a URL come from the server you configured. The publisher does not control or review that content.
Support is provided by email at support@atesensoftware.com, with a target first response of two business days (Monday–Friday, Istanbul time). See the support page for scope and severity levels.
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Atesen Software disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Atlassian’s APIs will remain unchanged.
To the extent permitted by law, Atesen Software’s total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
These terms apply while your subscription or evaluation is active. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Sections 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Sakarya, Türkiye have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
