  1. Licence. The extension is licensed per Zoho Desk organization through Zoho Marketplace. Billing, renewals and refunds follow Zoho Marketplace terms.
  2. Merges are permanent. Merging tickets in Zoho Desk cannot be undone. You are responsible for reviewing the preview before confirming a merge.
  3. API usage. The extension uses your organization's Zoho Desk API credits. You are responsible for staying within your Zoho plan's limits.
  4. No warranty. The extension is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the extension in the 3 months before the claim.
  5. Updates. We may update the extension to keep it compatible with Zoho Desk. We will list changes in the changelog.
  6. Beta. During the private beta the extension is free and may change without notice. Beta users will be told the price before the beta ends.
